Primary Purpose: Fill a JCDP vacancy on the NCDP State Executive Committee to fill a term ending at the 2019 county convention per NCDP Plan of Organization Sections 4.01 (re: 30 days to fill a vacancy) and 11.02 (re: mtg notice: 5 days when filling a vacancy). The SEC is the 700 plus member governing body of NCDP, meets 2 or 3 times a year, on a Saturday or Sunday, meeting locations vary statewide, a plus to know and study the Plan of Organization and Robert’s Rules of Order.
