It's a family fun event in recognition of Constitution Day, September 17. Drop in anytime 1pm to 4pm at the Johnston County Democratic Party Office Smithfield, 1302 W. Market St. have a cupcake, play some Constitution games, do some Constitution craft activities, and test your civic knowledge in a trivia challenge.
