Wake, Johnston, Harnett, and Wayne Delegates meet for the 13th Congressional District Convention. We will stay in the old district map (4 counties vs the new 8 county 13th district) as we elect national convention delegates per the NCDP Delegate Selection Plan.

We are pre-registering in advance to expedite the April 20 13 Congressional District Convention (Hybrid). Pre-Registration is required to attend or observe this meeting. Every attendee must register separately. The CD 13 Convention will begin at 10:00am on April 20, 2024. The location is at 212 E. Market St./S Second St corner , Smithfield (entry will be at the 2nd Street Atrium entrance).
Parking: Best parking along S Second St, E Johnston St or in the Courthouse Parking Lot at the corner of Second and Johnston St.
Virtual Doors open at 9:30am.
The PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE for the 2024 Convention:
Observers must register by 6:00pm on April 18 - no exceptions.
Delegates must register by 6:00pm April 19 - no exceptions.
