Restoring an independent judiciary that decides cases on their merits rather than serving as a rubber stamp for the Republican legislature is critical for maintaining our democracy and every right we cherish. To achieve this, the North Carolina Democratic Party (NCDP) has created a new, permanent organization, the NCDP Judicial Caucus. With your help, we will carry out a five-year plan to elect majorities on our appellate courts who will be the bulwark of our democracy.
