Lillian's List will be hosting their annual Black History Month panel on Thursday, February 20th at 7pm via Zoom. This year's topic is The Hard Conversation: The Challenge of Black Women Running for Statewide Office in North Carolina.

Over the past few years, we have seen multiple highly qualified Black women run strong campaigns for state level office in NC, yet face defeat in the general election. Our panelists will dig in on the unique biases these women face and what we can do to better support them in the future.
