Lee, Harnett, Wake, Johnston, Franklin, Granville, Person and Caswell Democrats meet for the 13th Congressional District Convention in person with a hybrid option.  

Business will start at 10 am and conclude at 1pm. At that time, in-person participants have the option to stay for lunch, catered by BabyMoon Cafe and provided by Frank Pierce for Congress.
