This month, we will be joined by a representative from Common Cause North Carolina, a Raleigh-based nonprofit and nonpartisan organization dedicated to encouraging citizen participation in democracy. Common Cause North Carolina is part of the national Common Cause grassroots network of 700,000 members and supporters in 35 states.

Common Cause works to create open, honest, and accountable government that serves the public interest; promote equal rights, opportunity, and representation for all; and empower all people to make their voices heard in the political process.
